The Song of Peng
What is the meaning of Peng energy?
It is like the water supporting a moving boat.
First sink the Qi to the Dantian,
then hold the head as if suspended from above.
The entire body is filled with springlike energy,
opening and closing in a very quick moment.

1.) The Headtop’s Jing (energy) be empty and agile.

1. Tai Chi Chuan is an internal martial art exercise. Strength is produced in the bones. Power is reserved at the muscles. It does not require one to have tough skin or thick muscles, but sunken “chi” and strong bones are required. Therefore, learners have no suffering of broken bones and hurt muscles, and the tiredness of jumping, but just move naturally to find the potential of power of origin. Title:As a results it was found that there was a statistically significant interaction at .05 level between the method administered and the duration of the experiment. Both of the experiment groups had lower stress than the control group with statistical significance of .05. Both experiment groups in post-test phase and the follow up phase had less stress than in the pre-test at the statistical significance of .05. Both experiment groups had stress during the follow up phase and the post-test with no significant difference.
